With over thirty years of experience in teaching and campus leadership roles across multiple states, I am excited to apply for the Assistant Principal position at your institution.

Currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Sunnybank High School in Dayton, Ohio, I have successfully implemented various initiatives to enhance the academic environment, integrate technology for improved learning outcomes, and uphold strong moral values. My accomplishments include aligning CTE offerings, introducing virtual learning software, implementing a Restorative Discipline model, and securing 1:1 Mac Air access for all students.

Prior to my current role, I have held leadership positions in schools in Maine, Florida, and Texas, where I focused on fostering academic excellence, creating a supportive teaching environment, and building a sense of community among students.
