Currently serving as the Principal of Sunnybank Elementary School in Dayton, OH, I have successfully cultivated an academic environment that embraces technology, upholds strong moral values, and supports a student body of 650 and a staff of 45.

At Sunnybank, I have strategically aligned our Career and Technical Education offerings, resulting in a notable increase in student pathway completions. I advocate for a blend of traditional and progressive teaching methods that incorporate innovative technology and resourceful learning solutions.

Prior to my current role, I have held various leadership positions in Ohio school districts, including Principal and Director of Curriculum. In each position, I have prioritized academic excellence, a nurturing educational atmosphere, and a sense of community among students.

In addition to my extensive experience, I hold an MA in Educational Leadership and a BA in Elementary Education. I am also currently pursuing a Master of Educational Psychology to enhance my leadership skills in response to evolving educational trends.
