Currently, I serve as the Dean of Students at Sunnybank Senior School, overseeing the administrative, behavioral, and academic progress of 750 students. I work diligently to maintain a safe and structured environment, while also supporting departments to ensure high-quality student programs.

I possess in-depth knowledge of district rules of ethics, best teaching practices, and data assessment/disaggregation. My decision-making is guided by sound judgment and a commitment to providing fair and equitable treatment to all. I am recognized for my strong communication skills, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and crowd management abilities. A recent accomplishment that I take pride in is the successful implementation of the Restorative Discipline model campus-wide.

I am passionate about creating a positive learning environment that fosters personal, social, and intellectual development.
