My role involves researching, developing, evaluating, and integrating early stage Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN)-related infrastructure and products. I specialize in performance tuning and optimization of LTE/UMTS/GSM overlay wireless networks to mitigate interference, call drops, and access/handoff failures. Additionally, I handle initial tuning for LTE (4G), UMTS (3G) and GSM (2G) networks, RF database management, parameter reviews and audits, as well as KPI analysis for various network factors.

Prior to my current role, I served as an RF Engineer at WowTech, where I managed the design, testing, commissioning, and optimization of wireless networks for mobile operators and equipment manufacturers nationwide.

I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering and possess a strong understanding of RF design principles, process improvements, safety standards, and review practices.
