With six years of experience as an Art Teacher at the high school level, in addition to five years of professional experience as an Artist and Art Program Coordinator, I am excited to submit my application for the available position.

Currently, I am employed as an Art Teacher at Findlater High School in Colorado, where I teach Grades 8, 9, and 10. I am dedicated to introducing students to various art media, including painting, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, and sculpture, in order to foster a love for art in my students. Recently, I have integrated digital media into my curriculum to engage students with evolving technologies.

Art is not only my profession but also my passion. Prior to teaching, I displayed my paintings at the Swan Gallery in Colorado and organized popular children's art classes and workshops. These experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary for effective course planning, student assessment, and teaching students of all ages and abilities.

In addition to my teaching experience, I hold an MFA in Fine Art and a Bachelor of Education.

Having enjoyed my time at Findlater, I am now seeking a new teaching opportunity with a dynamic institution that values innovation in education.
