With 15 years of experience as a judge and advocate in Scotland, presiding over court proceedings, prosecuting cases, and relentlessly pursuing justice, I am excited to apply for this opportunity.

Currently serving as a Circuit Judge at the Judiciary of Scotland, I have spent the past four years overseeing a variety of civil and criminal cases. Managing approximately 150 cases annually, I travel to different cities in Scotland to handle matters ranging from felonies to tax disputes. One of my notable achievements includes successfully prosecuting and convicting a high-profile corporate corruption case after a challenging 2-year trial, which involved interviewing reluctant witnesses in multiple countries.

My background as a Procurator Fiscal and Advocate has equipped me with extensive experience in investigating and prosecuting crimes under Scots Law, including complex cross-border investigations. I have worked on various cases involving employment law, fraud, and discrimination.

My accomplishments in handling employment law complaints, such as workplace discrimination and harassment, have been recognized by the Law Society of Scotland, who nominated me for an award for my work on the corruption case.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Certificate in International Law (Foundation), a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice, and a Master of Laws. I am also a member of the Faculty of Advocates (Scotland).
