To give you a brief overview of my skill set – I have a very diverse background including manufacturing engineering, technical and industrial education, business ownership and management, and I can deliver a technical mindset with a customer friendly personality. I am currently with Honeywell as a manufacturing process engineer and technical project manager, leading transformational factory automation projects and process improvements, where I have demonstrated my creative and innovative thinking in approaching and solving problems in the manufacturing process, as well as acting as a resource, mentor and coach to my peers and junior engineers.

My background in manufacturing engineering has proven me as an engineer who can lead teams of engineers, deliver on challenging projects, work with design, quality and production departments and build world-class manufacturing systems. I have extensive solid modeling experience in SolidWorks, 2D Drawing, FEA software use, and project management, using my technical skillset to manage and deliver projects.

I am a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Arizona State University (2011) as well as an E.I.T., CMfgT, and Haas Automation certified in Applications and Service of Haas CNC machines

Prior to Honeywell, I have worked for Arizona State University, Nelson Engineering Co., Haas Automation and DMG Mori Seiki and have a total of 12 years’ industry experience and 6 years academic teaching experience. 

Additionally, I love heavy machinery and have always loved CAT equipment since I was about 3 years old, when I sat in a 637E on a site near my home.
